As someone who has worked remotely for 5+ years, I have what it takes to work in any environment thrown at me and quickly adapt. Working remotely requires someone to be able to work alone as well as in a team environment. It also requires them to be a great communicator, disciplined, trustworthy, self-motivated and goal-oriented even when nobody is watching.
